This week KS2 had a visit from a local author, Sam Scott. Sam’s book ‘Sophie Spirit and the Batting Manor Mystery’, was released on 26 July and is a middle grade ghost story set in Suffolk.
The children really enjoyed the reading and asked lots of questions.
I loved how the description flowed right into my mind giving wonderful images of the story. The pictures are so interesting and detailed. I’d love to write a story so amazing. I love the features of the girl and I want to learn so much more.
