On Wednesday 6th July 2022 we had a Hindu priest visit Terling Primary School to do an assembly with all of the children and a workshop with Fardings class. We had so much fun and learnt a lot about Hindus and the gods in their religion. Their beliefs and mediation routines were all fascinating to learn about.
Later on we got to dress up in some Sari, which is an Indian dress and both the boys and the girls wore Bindi’s on their heads. We bought diva lamps that were decorated by Hindus.
