On Thursday 10th October Fardings (year 5/6) went to Ipswich museum to look at Ancient Egypt. When we got there we went into a small room where we met our guide for the day, Lottie.
First we talked about the things we knew about Ancient Egypt and four people went up to the front and held a bowl made by the same thing that the Egyptians used. We then went upstairs and split into two groups, one group got to look at the things that they used in Ancient Egypt and the other group went into the Ancient Egypt exhibit and had to finish a sheet. We also got to see a real Mummy!

We then had lunch and went into the gift shop. We then split into two groups again and one group did clay sculptures and one group made up their own gods. Then we went home.
