On Tuesday Leylands class went to the river Ter. We sketched the rivers and threw the dog biscuits into the river because we were learning about average speed time and distance. We had so much fun and we went to where otters had been spotted in the past. We saw otter faeces and we also spotted some meanders in the river. A  meander is a bend in the river.

On Tuesday Leylands class went on a river walk around Terling. We went to three different locations, The river Ter, Bromwell Leaze and The Dismals. We sketched the rivers and threw in dog food and timed it. Senora Meares showed us where the otters live and showed us the otter poo! It was so much fun!
