Terling Church of England Primary School was host to numerous book characters on Thursday, as the whole school dressed up as their favourite fictional characters. There were Princesses, Wizards, Wolves and Superheroes to mention just a few; all the children looked fantastic and really enjoyed.
Following our assembly, the children split in to small groups and had an opportunity to share their books with each other.
The teachers' books were shared in their classes and the children listened to a range of stories and poems, sharing their opinions.
World Book Day was a great success and we are already looking forward to next years.
