On Wednesday 21st November, Year 1 and 2 were visited by Andrea Adams from Essex Fire and Rescue. She came in to talk to us about what it would have been like in the Great Fire of London. We looked at pictures of the equipment the men and women would have fought the fire with in 1666. We also practised using buckets of water to put out a pretend fire! Andrea was very impressed that we could all answer her questions!
